About Us:
Our idea for our B&B started with a garden gate and an old schoolhouse. We are situated on a rolling hill surrounded by Amish homes, and yet we are only 2 miles from Berlin.

Services Offered:
We offer free concierge services to all guests: we can set up a backroads tour of Amish Country with dinner in an Amish home, a Day Spa package, a golf package, horseback riding, dinner reservations, etc.

Description Of Area:
Holmes County is home of the World's Largest Amish Population and we are located in the center of it all! Whether you want to learn about Amish Culture, buy Amish-made furniture, candles, quilts, baskets, belts, antiques, etc., you'll find it here!

Description Of Property:
Our B&B rests on top of a rolling hill in the Amish countryside. Relax on a porch swing & take in the beautiful flowers as you watch Amish buggies pass by. See our neighboring Belgian Work Horses. Gather 'round the campfire in the evening and unwind.

Description Of Room / Suite:
Guest rooms have private entrance, private bath, queen bed, TV/VCR, and in-room coffeemaker. Rooms with windows have individual heating/cooling controls. All rooms have a garden theme.

Description Of Adventure:
We are just a short ride from the Holmes County Rails to Trails Path. Bring your bike or just go hiking on this old railroad path and perhaps you will pass a few Amish buggies along the way. Canoeing and Horseback Riding are nearby too!

Description Of Tour:
Our B&B works with a local tour company to provide our guests with tours about Amish Culture. You can choose from 1 1/2 hour Sunset Tours to all-day Progressive Meal Tours. You will be able to get up close and personal with the Amish.

Vacation Packages Available:
Not only can we provide you with a birthday, anniversary or romance package, but we do golf, spa, and tour packages as well.

Sleeping And Meals:
Each guest room can sleep 1-2 guests. We provide a deluxe, continental breakfast and evening snack. Many restaurants are close by for other dining.

Amenities Provided:
Hair Dryers, In-room Coffeemakers, make-up remover wipes, glycerin facial soaps, body wash & bath salts, bedside chocolates from a local chocolate factory are all in your room to pamper you a bit.

Facilities Provided:
We have a Common Room that is shared by all guest rooms. It is open 24 hours for your convenience. We provide coffee, tea, hot chocolate, & microwave popcorn. There is also a video library for you to take movies back to your room.

Special Features:
Our guest rooms are surrounded by gardens. In the middle of our gardens is a fire ring. Each night, weather permitting, we build a campfire for our guests to gather 'round and unwind. We always have marshmallows on hand for guests to roast.

Reservations:
Advance reservations are recommended to insure the dates that you want. Note: October is our busiest month of the year.

Restrictions:
We are a non-smoking bed and breakfast.We do not allow guests to bring pets/animals to the B&B.

Discounts Offered:
Discounted rates are offered in of "off season" from January through March each year.

Policies And Disclaimers:
We have a 7 day cancellation policy: Guests who cancel their reservations within 7 days of arrival, or no shows, are subject to 100% payment.Guests who violate our no smoking/no pets policy are charged a $100 room cleaning fee.

We are off of State Route 39 just 2 miles West of Berlin and 5 miles East of Millersburg. Our B&B is 1/2 mile South of State Route 39. Our guest entrance is on Township Road 353 at the corner of Township Road 310
