Also nearby access to all major freeways to West Coast, Stellenbosch, Hermanus etc.

Description Of Property:
Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Main bedroom has dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Two further bedrooms can be made up double or twin. Family room has comfortable couches, TV, VCR, DSTV and M-net and opens onto attractive courtyard. Dining room has 8 seater yellowwood table and living room has comfortable couches, fireplace, bar area behind sliding door. Living room opens out on to patio with garden furniture and barbeque facilities and onto attractive front garden. Dining room and living room have underfloor heating. Modern kitchen has all appliances and laundry area. There is a garage for one car plus off street parking for a further 3 cars. House is fully secured with alarm and video access at gate. Back garden has swimming pool, lounger, gardens and large trees. All cutlery, crockers, linen and towels are provided. House is serviced twice per week and more frequently is required.

Rates And Availability:
Rates are R900 per day for 4 persons, R1000 per day for 5 persons and R1100 per day for 6 persons. Available each year in December and January.
