Description Of Area:
Sittee Village is a small Creole village named after the 25 miles long river that flows thru it. It offers peace and quite and a lot of history. It is possibly one of the oldest villages in the whole district because of its importance in the sugar cane

We have a close relation with several tour companies, you just have to tell us what you have in mind and we’ll call them. They will take you to the Cockscomb, Mayflower, fishing, snorkeling, diving, horse back riding and even kayaking if you want to.

We cater for groups of all ages up to 20 people, we usually get environmental and student groups like recently we had the annual International Iguana Society meeting here, to our mutual enjoyment and learning.

Sleeping And Meals:
Our meals are healthy, we stay away from all hydrogenated oils, mono sodium glutamate and all our jams, wines and orange juice comes from the garden that is spray-free. We also produce our own chickens and eggs. Vegan and vegetarian meals are no problem.

Amenities Provided:
24 hours electricity, hot shower, plenty of fans. Free loan of beach umbrellas and cooler. Bike and canoe rentals, laundry service.

Rates And Availability:
From November to May, we usually require a reservation. Rates are the following; please note that the 9% accommodation tax is not included and the rates are in US dollars.
Room 1: $11.50 per person.
Room 2: $18.00 per person.
Room 3: $77.00 for 2 p

Reservations:
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We require a 50% deposit and half of this refunded if you cancel one week prior to your arrival date.

Restrictions:
No pets allowed.

Discounts Offered:
The rooms with discounts are room 3 and 4 for stays of 7 or more nights.

Policies And Disclaimers:
Cancellation policies – if you cancel on week before your arrival we will refund half of your deposit. There’s a 4.5% surcharge on all credit cards payments.

We are in the Southern part of Belize, it the Stann Creek District. Sittee River Village is approximately 3 hours away from Belize City and San Ignacio. 25 minutes from Dangriga, the capital town of Stann Creek District.
