Description Of Area:
Costa de Prata (Silver Coast) has 200 kilometers of white sandy beaches, lapped by the crystal clear water of the Atlantic Ocean. Along the coast you can sample a magnificent variety of seafood, discover enchanted grottos and explore stunning mountains.

Description Of Property:
Completely furnished, TV, microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, private terrace with outside furniture and extensive gardens overlooking the beach. Sleeper sofa in the sitting room (sleeps 2) and an extra single hide away bed in the bedroom.

The pleasure of the beach, sun and sea will charm you... And in other moments the curative virtues are searched in the thermal waters will surprise you...
Visit the flaming World Heritage Monasteries of Batalha and Alcobaça and explore the Castles of Leiria, Ourém, Pombal and Porto de Mós, which appear to be from the storybooks.
Seduce yourself with the sun and sea of our beaches. Typical ones like Nazaré, Vieira or Pedrógão, and cosmopolitan ones like São Martinho do Porto and São Pedro de Moel, among others spread along the 57 kilometres of coastline.
Nearby find the whispering Leiria’s Pinewood, moulded by the famous vessels and caravels from the Portuguese Discoveries, or its valleys’ landscapes spread of orchards and vineyards and hold by the Natural Park of Serras d’Aire and Candeeiros and its caves.

Rates are for one family with children up to 15 years old.
A charge of 75 Euro a week per person will be applied to older children or extra adults.

How To Find Us:
Praia do Salgado is located between Nazaré and São Martinho do Porto. This long sandy beach is surrounded by the heights of Serra da Pescaria and Serra dos Mangues, and is one of the favorite spots for ultra-lights and paragliding fans.

Methods Of Payment:
A minimum payment of 25% of the total is due upon reservation.
Payments should be made by:
Secure inter-bank funds transfers are the preferred payment method, although certified bank drafts or Western Union transfers are accepted.

Other Information:
Personal cheques or credit cards are not accepted. An extra charge of 50 Euro will be charged if oven is left dirty or house is very messy.
Regular cleaning is included in the prices.
